An LSC funded programme, Skills for Small Business provides a unique solution to assist you in ensuring that you have the skills in place to grow your business and achieve your future plans. You will be allocated a business coach who will mentor one member of your team, the Learning Champion, through completing a training needs analysis (TNA). This will result in your business having individual and a company wide training & development plan with the mechanism to continue the TNA process. The benefits are:-
