Skill-ED is a European Social Fund (ESF) business support programme developed by MYCCI. It offers financial support towards training and development for SMEs (Small Medium Enterprises) located in eligible postcode areas of Kirklees and Wakefield. Grant assistance is available to assist individual or company wide training needs and programmes for any member of staff, in any field and at any level, including HGV class 1, management and IT (with the exception of statutory training such as first aid).

Companies within certain Wakefield post code areas may also be eligible for additional support from the Single Regeneration Budget (SRB) programme. Skill-ED advisers will be able to confirm eligibility at enquiry stage.
